Every figure carries its source and date. We separate what a company reports from what the XRP Ledger can confirm. Today, none of these holdings can be confirmed on the ledger, because no holder has published its XRPL addresses or a proof of reserves.

No public XRPL address or proof of reserves is disclosed in the Oct 14 deployment release, the Oct 9 closing release, the Oct 1 release or the Sept 30 Form 8-K. The figure is a company-reported number, not a ledger reading.
